What a pleasure walking in the countryside in November! The past month I
took part of 2 small excursions near the Slovienian border (provincia
di Gorizia). What a nice thing to do on a cold, foggy Sunday morning! We
woke up so early, but still, it was such a pleasure. The first Sunday
we had a nice and relaxing walk on the hills of Collio near Cormòns, the
next sunday we went to visit the Carso, and the signs of the 1st World
War.
Later in the afternoon we also took time to go to visit the beautiful
Parco Ungaretti, Sagrado (provincia di Gorizia) where there's a very
particular panoramic viewpoint with Ungaretti's poetry. I also had a
small part by creating the lettering/typography at the viewpoint. The
project was based on the ideas of a venetian architect and my boyfriend,
who is a civil engineer, also collaborated.
